Process Steps

Initial Meeting

This meeting is informational. We discuss the benefits of an energy upgrade. We explore how the property's systems align and integrate for the highest efficiency achievable.

Presentation of agreement

In this meeting, we will review which test will be performed, at what time to ensure minimal disturbance of the occupants.

Assessment

The property's assessment may take between a day to 5 days depending on the size of the property and information needed.

Review Assessment Results

JLS will present the results of all tests and how these will improve the overall energy needs of the property. Financing options and the many projected rebates & tax credits may be discussed upon request.

Scope of work agreement

This is the road map for the property's retrofit.

Retrofit and Installation

The time allocated depends on the scope of work. This will be discussed in detail upon the presentation of the scope of work.

After Retrofit Testing

A "Test Out" is required to ensure anticipated results are obtained.

Warranty

All JLS ECS work is fully warrantied.

You will be contacted to discuss you experience and to ensure that we keep the level of satisfaction at the highest level possible.
