Assessment Steps

Initial Meeting

This meeting is informational. JLS will present to the multi-family owner/manager how all the systems can to align to increase efficiency. We discuss what is the desired end result and what may need to happen to achieve this.

Assessment agreement

Before stating our assessment we must agree on the timing and needs of the assessment. We also present at this time the cost for the assessment and request and agreement.

Assessment

The assessment of the property may take between 1 to 3 days depending on the size of the property.

Review Assessment Results

We will discuss the needs of the property and financing options available.

Agree on Scope of work

This is the road map for the energy uprade. It takes into account what to do first to get the highest return on your investment.

Financing of Project

We may present you with different options and recommend the best financial vehicle for you.

Energy Retrofit

The time allocated depends on the scope of work. It may take between 3 to 30 days to retrofit a property

After Retrofit Testing

A "Test Out" is required to ensure anticipated results are obtained and to receive appliable rebates.

Follow Up with Tax Credits and Rebates

We make sure that you receive all your rebates and tax credits.
