Process Steps

Initial Conversation

This meeting is usually on the phone and is educational. The home owner learns about his/her home as a series of systems and how these all align. We also discuss the fee of the assessment.

Assessment

The home assessment may take between 2 to 5 hours depending on the size of the house.

Review Assessment Results

We discuss the projected energy savings, financing options and projected rebates & tax credits.

Agree on Scope of work

This is the road map for the home retrofit. It takes into account what to do first to get the most rebates!

Financing of Project

We will present you with different options and recommend the best financial vehicle for you. You may be eligible for a $0 down, 0% loan. Ask us about it.

Installation

The time allocated depends on the scope of work. Typically, it takes 3 to 10 days to retrofit a home.

After Retrofit Testing

A "Test Out" is required to ensure anticipated results are obtained and to receive rebates.
