Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform drywall installation (small patches and also entire rooms) through texture and painting to match existing finishes.
- Finish carpentry skills a plus (IE: ability to install baseboard, crown molding, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience repairing drywall and matching to existing finishes.
- Familiarity with tools of the trade and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must have reliable vehicle and CADL.
